We're not trying to be a fancy beach restaurant. We're trying to be the spot. The one where the food's actually good, the vibe's actually chill, and nobody's too cool to be having a genuinely great time while they do it.

Bold grit. Just the right amount of whimsy. Built by hand, snacked on immediately, made to be shared.

We built something we're proud of, and we can't wait to share it.

Third culture: too foreign to be local, too local to be foreign, just right to make great food.

A third culture person didn’t grow from where their roots sprouted, they grew up between them. Fluent in more than one way of being. Raised by two or more cultures, and that third culture is when they all play nice together.

You're not fully from there, you're not fully from here — you're from the airport, basically.

And honestly? Everyone's a little third culture if they're paying attention.

North Fork home grown locals: Cass, the designer and creator, and Aaron, her partner in love, life, and all wild ideas. He's also the science and structure to her sometimes chaotic creations. Both obsess. Between them lives a self-taught kitchen built on instinct and iteration... a food and beverage practice rooted in inspiration and experimentation rather than recipes and rules.

They share a background in the arts too. Hers built through a corporate and freelance career in art and design. His shaped by literature and a love of sharing knowledge. Together it shows up in everything from the menu to the ethos. They're not classically trained. They're something else: genuinely curious people who learned by working, doing, eating, traveling, and paying attention.

The Club was born from a simple impulse: fill a void in the community with a space that feels as good as being home, just with better treats, better activities, and people you haven't met yet.

Guiding that vision is a fantastic circle of mentors. Starting strong with the fabulous Elaine DiGiacomo and Christian Mir, the local icons behind Stone Creek Inn (one of the Hamptons' most beloved restaurants for the last 30 years), who've offered their wisdom generously and without condition. Plus the artist, jack of all trades, and friend Brooke Bofill, who'll be co-producing art workshops. And an open, collaborative friendship with fellow Korean adoptee Jennie Werts chef and owner of Ellen’s on Front Street, whose food and philosophy runs parallel to everything Third Culture stands for.

You start to understand the kind of community this place is built on before it even opens its doors.

This isn't a concept. It's a home that happens to have a menu.
