A vibrant new concept that fuses a creative art studio collective with an immersive eatery, designed to serve as a dynamic “third place” for East End locals, tourists, and creatives alike. The space will offer rentable artist studios, a screen printing lab, curated retail of local artist goods, and a cozy co-working environment—centered around a Japanese/Korean-inspired listening bar and an international small plates kitchen specializing in dumplings, specialty coffee, and craft cocktails.

More than a café or a studio, Third Culture Club is a cultural destination, celebrating creativity, cuisine, and community. With a unique blend of visual art, culinary exploration, and social interaction, we aim to create a magnetic space that draws artists, food lovers, and curious locals into an ever-evolving experience.
